Every year the awards ceremony recognizes those enterprising minority entrepreneurs, corporations and government entities who have made courageous decisions in the support and development of supplier diversity and inclusion programs.
The Top 100 MBE awards recognizes enterprising minority business owners who are living their dreams and making significant contributions to their clients, professions, industries and communities. These incredible men and women achieved the American dream of business ownership despite the obstacles in their path. Their stories are real and their contributions are inspiring.
Why YOU should be a TOP 100 MBE
Application
A preliminary screening of the applications received is conducted to ensure that each applicant meets the basic criteria. A panel of distinguished judges then have the difficult task of evaluating hundreds of applications and. through a system of scoring, determining the TOP 100 MBEs.

Nominees are solicited through many of the region’s chambers of commerce, professional organizations, the business community and the general public.
